1. Fill linear guides with lubricating oil
As we know, the smoke and dust generated from engraving and cutting will damage the guide rail after a while of use. That's why we have to maintain guide rails daily.
Please turn off the laser engraving machine and disconnect the power supply, clean the guide rail with a clean mule, leave the lubricating oil on the guide rail, try moving the media, and make sure the oil gets onto the guide rail. 2. Clean the reflector and focusing the mirror
After some time using a laser engraving and cutting machine, smoke and dust will stick to the reflector and mirror surfaces, affecting the depth of engraving and cutting, as well as the accuracy of engraving and cutting.
3. Bearing oil filler
Laser engraving machines are equipped with multiple bearings. For best results when engraving and cutting, some bearings need to be filled with oil regularly. Using a clean mule, wipe the surface dust on the bearings, take the injector part, and suck the engine oil.
4. Synchronous belt adjustment
There are multiple belts on laser engraving machines, resulting in a double image of the engraved word, if the sync belt is too tight, which eliminates the sync belt.
5. Laser tube treatment
The laser tube of the laser engraving machine uses cyclic water as its cooling system, and over time there will be a layer inside the laser tube. We can put a little vinegar in the water which will melt. We will then use clean water to clean the pipes.
